Bonnie Lee Omness, from Weed, NM, died on February 28, 2006, in Alamogordo at the age of 62. She is survived by her mother and father, Keith and Lorraine Boltze; her husband of 41 years, Loren Omness; her three children, Shelley Morrow, Sheri Dropinski, and Troy Omness; her twin sister, Blanche Woller; her younger sister, Judy Kersey; and her brothers, Keith (Bud) and Ronald Boltze. Bonnie had six grandchildren, Matthew Omness, Clay Morrow, Dustin Dropinski, Kristen Morrow, Deanna Dropinski, Stacey Miller; and three great-grandchildren, Quinten Custer, Jonathan and Zachary Miller. Bonnie was born on April 21, 1943, in Muskegon, MI. She married Loren Omness on July 18, 1964 in Montague, MI. Loren and Bonnie have lived in Weed for the last four years. Services for Bonnie will be held on March 4, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. at the Alamogordo Funeral Home Chapel at 2301 1st Street, Alamogordo, NM. No flowers please. Gifts can be in the form of a donation in her name to "Hunt of a Lifetime", which is a non-profit organization with a mission to grant hunting and fishing adventures for children age 21 and under, who have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness. There will be a reception following the services at Shelley Morrow's house, at #3 Arrowhead Court, La Luz, NM , which is located in Labrocita Canyon.
