Anna Mary Jenkins passed away peacefully after a short illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos Benjamin Jenkins. Anna was born in Middletown, PA on January 3, 1917. She is survived by her son, Robert D. Jenkins and his wife, Madeleine; her daughter, Patricia A. Elder and her husband, James of Albuquerque; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Anna was an Albuquerque resident since 1954. She worked for Sears for over 25 years, was a long-time member of Carlisle Plaza Methodist Church and Palo Duro Senior Citizen Center where she enjoyed dancing and Bingo with friends for many years. Anna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Services will be held Monday, March 6, 2006, 10:00 a.m. at Carlisle Plaza Methodist Church, 3023 Montclaire Dr. NE with Pastor Cheri Lyon officiating.
