Mario Lucero Sr., age 53, passed Tuesday, February 21, 2006. He was a lifetime resident of Albuquerque, NM. He is survived by his loving wife, Yolanda Lucero of 34 years; his son, Mario Lucero Jr.; daughter, Angela Lucero; grandson, Elijah Lucero; father, Juan C. Lucero; sister, Terry M. Duran and husband, Martin Duran; brothers, Albert Lucero and wife, Rita, Flavio Lucero and wife, Augusta, Roger Lucero and wife, Lucille; in-laws, Ramon and Stella De La Cruz, Ray De La Cruz, and Martin De La Cruz; his many nephews, nieces, and cherished friends. He will be greatly missed. A Rosary for Mario will be recited on Sunday evening, February 26, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 27, 2006 also at St. Therese Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
