| Joseph "Joe" Phillip Silva, 35, was taken away so soon and unexpectedly February 16, 2006. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, February, 23, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's on the Rio Grande with full military Honors. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
