Maria E. Gallegos, 92, a resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, December 22, 2005. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Art Cantrell, who provided loving care for her over the past several years. She is also survived by her niece, Maxine Chavez and husband, Ramon; nephew, Celso Jaramillo and wife, Bessie; nephew, Luciano Jaramillo; niece, Bernice Jaramillo; and by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Josephine Jaramillo; brother, Merced Gallegos; and nephew, Frank Jaramillo. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday December 27, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at San Ignacio Catholic Church, 1300 Walter St. NE. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday December 28, 2005, also at San Ignacio Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
