Obituary for RUTH

Natasha Andreevsky Ruth passed away on December 22, 2005. Tosh was born September 18, 1936 in Camden, NJ. She was the daughter of Vasily and Amelia Andreevsky, who were members of the Russian Opera. Natasha attended Mt. Union College in Alliance, OH where she majored in Music and met her husband for life, Palmer. She later earned her Master's Degree at Oakland University in Michigan. She was a Music Teacher with the Birmingham School District for 25 years. Music was a huge part of her life and she enjoyed going to the Rio Rancho High School Band concerts and competitions to see her grandchildren perform. She will be remembered by all who knew her as a kind, loving, generous, and elegant lady. Natasha will be joining her beloved husband, Palmer and her brother, Victor in God's Kingdom. She is survived by her two sisters, Adya Gram of Surfside Beach, SC; Adri Winklehake and husband, Bob of Colorado Springs, CO; son, Phillip and his wife, Eve of Petaluma, CA; son, Norman and his wife, Sandra of Rio Rancho; and her three beloved grandchildren, Jasmine, Justin, and Tasha Ruth of Rio Rancho; nephews, Victor and Dean Gonzalez and their families, Pete and Jon Gram and their families; and niece, Thais Gram. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 27, 2005, 4 to 8 p.m., and Russian Panikhidi Service will be at 7 p.m. at Vista Verde Mortuary, 4310 Sara Rd. in Rio Rancho. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, December 28, 2005, at 10 a.m. at All Saints of North America Orthodox Church, 10440 North Fourth Street, north of Alameda near El Pinto Restaurant in Albuquerque. Because of her love for music, donations may be made in her name to VH1 Save The Music Foundation, 1515 Broadway, 20th Floor, New York, NY 10036.
