Andres Fernandez, 32, a resident of Albuquerque since 1991, passed away Friday, December 16, 2005. Our beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend is survived by his wife of twelve years, Veronica; children, Andy and Andrea; parents, Vicente and Maria Luisa Fernandez; and brothers, Jorge, Alejandro and Oscar. A former NABA Boxing Champion, Andres had an extensive amateur career in which he represented Mexico in the Pan Am games. A Rosary will be recited Monday, December 19, 2005, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Tuesday, December 20, 2005, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Ave., NW. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel Monday, from 6:00 p.m. until the Rosary.
