JoAnn L. O'Brien, age 66 and a resident of Albuquerque since 1977, died on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 in a local hospital following an illness. Mrs. O'Brien is survived by her husband, Don O'Brien; one son, Randy O'Brien and wife, Lisa, all of Albuquerque; sister, Deon Eason and husband, Larry of Kansas; two grandchildren, Tim Mullens and Melanie Mullens; great-granddaughter, Jazmyn Mullens. A viewing and visitation for JoAnn will be held Sunday December 18, 2005 from 2 - 6 p.m. at Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors. Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 19, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Fitzgerald and Son with Chaplain Dawn L. Caress officiating. Interment will follow in the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2 p.m. with Randy O'Brien, Tim Mullens, Kevin Bourque, and Shawn Eason serving as casket bearers.
