Edris Grace Wroblewski, 78, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2005. Edris was born September 1, 1927 the daughter of Emil and Leola Firkens in Iowa. Edris was an excellent Baker; enjoyed games, particularly Bridge. Edris was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony; her parents; and one son, Mark Wroblewski. She is survived by five children, Kim Wroblewski and wife Valerie of Placitas, NM, Brian Wroblewski and wife Donna of Placitas, NM, Gary Wroblewski of Las Vegas, NV, Janet Lee of Chandler, AZ, and Doreen Scheiner and husband Mark of Rio Rancho, NM; one grandchild, Jessica Scheiner of Rio Rancho, NM; three brothers, Gerald Firkens, Leon Firkens, and Zane Firkens, all of Iowa. The family wishes to thank the staff at Acantilado Vista for their excellent care. A special thank you to her very close friend Don Morton. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2005 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho.
