Daniel Jeffrey. Mr. Daniel Jeffrey Ernest, 44, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 8, 2005 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston Salem, NC, as a result of a horseback riding accident. Daniel was born February 20, 1961 in Winner, SD, to the late David Keith Ernest and Rosalee Marie Wortman Ernest. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103; or to the East Surry JROTC Scholarship, East Surry High School, 801 West Main Street, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041; or to the Daniel J. Ernest Memorial Fund, GTCC Foundation, PO Box 309, Jamestown, NC 27282 (an aviation scholarship for students at Guilford Tech). Cox-Needham Funeral Home in Pilot Mountain, NC is in charge of arrangements.
