Larry Lee Bernhard passed away on December 2, 2005 in Albuquerque, NM. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine Sena Bernhard. They are survived by their two sons, Michael Lee Bernhard and Craig Lawrence Bernhard; daughters-in-law, Melissa and Nancy; and four grandchildren; his brother, Kenny Bernhard; brothers-in-law, Benny, Lawrence and Tony Sena; and sisters-in-law, Viola Beal, Margaret Emsick, Stella McGrath, and Anita Sena-Johnson. Ret. MSGT Bernhard served his country proudly for 40 years both through military and civil service. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend to all who knew him. He will be loved and missed always. Viewing will take place on Sunday, December 4, 2005 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Sunrise Funeral Options. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. at the Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel in Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE.
