Ruel B. Fields, 69, passed away on November 18, 2005 at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura , Calif. Ruel was born in Paducha , Texas on September 15, 1936 . He received an honorable discharge from the US Army in 1961. He was a resident of Albuquerque from 1985-1998. He was a respected electrical contractor and one heck of a nice guy, funny too. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his brother, Huelan (wife, Penny) and daughters, Debbie, Deanna (husband, Marvin), Sandy (husband, Perry) and Colleen (of Albuquerque, NM) and sons, Robert (wife, Vicki), Danny, Chris, who is currently serving his country in Iraq and John (wife, Jennifer), grandchildren, Linda, Victor, Andrew, who is currently serving his country in Iraq, Lydia, Sheila, Roxanne, Johnny, Alisha , Alex, Genna, William, Mathew, Hunter and great- grandchildren, Nathaliene, Aaron, Robert, Anna, Victoria and Aidan. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to The Humane Society or The American Cancer Society.
