Florian C. Damazyn, 75 years young, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2005. Florian was born in Milwaukee, WI, and then moved to Albuquerque in 1973. He is preceded in death by his parents, Florian Sr. and Gladys, and brother, Gerald. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Beatrice; his sister, Carol and dear friend, Dave; daughter, Donna; sons and their spouses, David and Marie, Bruce and Barbara, Lee and Kathy, and Brian and Kym; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Special thanks are due to his many caregivers at PACE who have helped attend to his many needs during the past two years. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to please send contributions to Total Community Care (PACE), 904 Los Lomas Rd. NE, ABQ, NM 87102. Cremation has taken place, and a Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at Chapel of Sunrise, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
