Obituary for DICKENMAN

Walter J. Dickenman, 62, of Rio Rancho, passed away Monday, November 7, 2005 in Albuquerque. He was born Friday, July 30, 1943 in Passaic, NJ to the late John E. Dickenman and Lorretta Phelan Dickenman. Walter is survived by his wife of 5 years, Elouise; three children, Tania, Jennifer, and Nicholas Dickenman, all of Rio Rancho; two brothers, Jake Dickenman of Hazlet, NJ and Marc Dickenman of Vernon, NJ; and sister, Marta Meyers of Saddle Brook, NJ. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Dickenman and by a sister, Jeanne DeHauski. Walter was a still photographer at Sandia National Laboratory before his retirement in 2004. Upon retirement, he enjoyed working on his hot rod and taking photographs of beautiful moments and sceneries. Walter was very devoted to his wife, children, and siblings. A Service will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2005, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM.
