Fred D. Salas, age 77, died Friday, November 4, 2005 in Albuquerque, NM. He is survived by his sons, David A. Salas of Albuquerque, NM and Fred J. Salas of Concord, CA; brothers, Monsignor Sipio Salas of Edgewood, NM and Julian Salas of Villanueva, NM; sister, Nea Soria of Bolivia; brother, Rolando Salas of El Paso, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends in both California and New Mexico. Visitation will be held at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel on Monday, November 7, 2005, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A Rosary will follow at 5:00 p.m. Cremation will take place and burial of cremated remains will be in Lafayette, California at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
