Philip Carroll passed away on October 6, 2005. He is survived by his father, Hiram Carroll; his mother, Jamie Everett Johnson; stepfather, James Johnson; brothers, Patrick Carroll and James Johnson, Jr.; sisters, Pamela Christian Carroll, Patricia Celeste Nickols, Judy Lynn Johnson and Janice Marie Johnson. A Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at Chapel of Sunrise, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2005, also at Chapel of Sunrise. Burial will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 14, 2005.
