Adele T. Gill, age 83, a long time resident of Albuquerque passed away Friday at her home. Mrs. Gill is survived by her husband Harvey Gill; her son Jim Gill and wife, Susan of Colorado Springs, CO; her daughter, Katie Gill of Albuquerque; grandchildren, J.D., Daniel, Adam, Heather; and her brother, Jim Turrentine of Fredericksburg, TX. Mrs. Gill was an artist and award winning writer and storyteller. She loved being a drum major and enjoyed an extensive career as a model. Memorial services were held Tuesday, September 20, 2:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd., NE. Interment took place Thursday, September 22, 2:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
