Amanda Blackhurst, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2005. She is survived by her children, Frances Toon of Mesa, AZ, Richard Blackhurst of Hobbs, NM, Honey Griswold of Rio Rancho, NM, and Fontaine Gregreson of Salt Lake City, UT; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Amanda was preceded in death by her husband, The Honorable H. Richard Blackhurst; daughters, Nancy Blackhurst and Elizabeth Blackhurst; and grandson, Aaron Blackhurst. Services will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2005, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Albuquerque Garden Center, 10120 Lomas Blvd. NE.
