Leo L. Baca, age 43, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, August 14, 2005. Leo will be greatly missed by those who loved and knew him. Leo was employed with UNM for fifteen years then with APS for five years. Leo was preceded in death by his parents, Filomeno and Grace Baca and his brother, Leroy Baca. He is survived by his loving wife, Grace; his children, Paul, Annette, and Veronica Gonzales; four grandchildren, Alyssa, Damian, Andrew Gonzales, and Gabriel Ibuado; four sisters, Jenny Morrison and husband, Wilbur, Corrine Burkett and husband, Robert, Barbara Romero and husband, Pat, MaryAnn Chavez and husband, Mike; six brothers, Eddie, David, Albert and wife, Kathy, Danny and wife, Janet, Dennis and wife, Selma, Sam and wife, Christina; mother-in-law, Mary Lopez; brothers-in-law, Javier, Rick, and Henry Lopez; sisters-in-law, Gloria Lopez and Frances Schnerch; several nieces and nephews; other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. Services will be held at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Joseph's Drive, at Coors NW, in Albuquerque, with a rosary being recited at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2005. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 19, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Pallbearers will be Eddie, David, Albert, Danny, Dennis and Sam Baca.
