| Jack Walthall, age 91, died on July 19, 2005. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mollie. He is survived by two daughters, Sue Chmelicek and husband, Jim and Sally Zinger and husband, Terry. Cremation and mausoleum interment has taken place. | |
