Eva Howell Olmsted, 92, a resident of Albuquerque, died Monday, July 18, 2005. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Olmsted was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Lee S. Olmsted on April 6, 2004; by her son, Donald Lee Olmsted on September 26, 2003; and by her two sisters and two brothers. She was born in Chariton, IA on December 27, 1912. She and her husband were married in Bethany, MO on May 27, 1933 and farmed in Urbandale, IA until about 1968, when they moved to Albuquerque. Graveside services will be held Friday, 2:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
