Lola Eva Jenkins, age 76, passed away Monday evening, July 18, 2005. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ carried Lola Home to Heaven. Services will be held at July 22, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. CST at Jubilee Apostolic Church, 5804 Erik Ave. in Amarillo,TX. Pastor Royce Elms will be officiating. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. MDST at Tucumcari Memorial Cemetery in Tucumcari, NM by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount Blvd., Amarillo, TX. Lola was born August 14, 1928 in Arlington, TX. and graduated from Quay Co. High school and was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Jenkins; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Martin; and her siblings, Russell, W.H., and Garland Chaddick. She is survived by: three sons, Tommy of Titusville, FL., Garrett of Amarillo, TX., & Richard of Albuquerque, NM; six grandchildren, Scott, Kevin, Kristie, Joshua, Jason, Jim; one great-grandchild, Parker; and numerous aunts, nephews, nieces, and other relatives. Memorials can be made to Tupelo Children's Mansion, P.O. Box 167, Tupelo, MS 38802 Family received friends at the funeral home on Thursday July 21, 2005 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
