Ohshinnah O'Hawk Sands June 3, 1979 - July 4, 2005 Edgewood and Albuquerque, NM Ohshinnah passed away from us due to Agent Orange, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and O.D. induced heart failure. She was "Tangled Up in Blue." A wonderful and unique artist, adventuresome and kindhearted, a loving daughter, mother and sister. She is terribly missed. Ohshinnah is survived by her father, Nichols S. Sands; her mother, Susan M. Rackham Sands; her daughter, Jaz Marie (separated from us by HHS and subsequent adoption); her brothers, Toa and Jet; her sister, Mandalla D. Sands and daughter, Isabella; her uncle, Flak Rackham and son, Darian; her aunt, Alexandra; and her grandmother, Lucille. May she have the peace she deserved but never found in the world.
