Mrs. Maxine O. Oritz, 60, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on June 30, 2005. Mrs. Ortiz is survived by one daughter, Monica Ortiz-Turner and husband, Jerry; one son, Jimmy Ortiz and wife, June; parents, Max and Bertha Maestas; one sister, Laura Maestas-Baca; three brothers, Ronnie Maestas and wife, Patsy, Larry Maestas and Lisa Smith, and Ricardo Maestas and wife, Annette; three grandchildren, Isaac, Shea and Aaliyah; a dear friend, Maryann Maestas; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Ortiz was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation for Mrs. Ortiz will be Sunday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at St. Therese of the Infant Jesus, 300 Mildred NW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:30 p.m. by Deacon Rudy Baca.
