Robert R. Plant, 67, of Morrison, CO, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2005 after a prolonged illness. He was born on August 18, 1937 at Escabosa, NM. He worked as an operations manager for several construction related companies in NM and CO. He loved animals and raised many at his ranch. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille David Plant; his father, Thomas Carry Plant; his brothers, Thomas G. Plant, Jack D. Plant, and Everett Rogers. He is survived by his first wife, Fredetta; his wife, Patty of the family home; his son, Carry and wife Lydia; his daughter, Ronna Greason and husband Bob; step-daughter, Deb Hammerbeck and husband Mitch; step-son, Scott Banister; and three grandchildren; his two sisters, Leona Kellogg and Veva Bigham and husband Dick; his brothers, Marvin Plant and wife Roxane, Junior Plant and wife Vera, John Plant; sister in law, Nita Plant; nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a very successful, kind, and generous man who was well loved and respected. He will be greatly missed by many. Service will be held at the Church of Christ in Moriarty on Tuesday, June 7, 2005, at 11:00 a.m.
