Obituary for ANAYA

Amalia J. Mrs. Amalia J. Anaya, 82, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on March 24, 2005 peacefully at home in the arms of her loving family. Mrs. Anaya is the beloved wife of 56 years to Mr. Serafin Anaya. Mrs. Anaya is also survived by one son, Martin Anaya and wife, Connie; a daughter, Mary Anaya and husband, Danny Garcia; a son, David Sedillo; two sisters, Anita Vallejos and husband, Rojelio, Tarcie Alderete and husband, Steve; one brother, Robert Sedillo; four grandchildren, Angeline, Isaiah, Felicia and Martin; four great grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew, Nicholas and Zoe; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Anaya was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation for Mrs. Anaya will be Monday evening in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Mrs. Martha Herrera. A final visitation will be Tuesday morning in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with Mass of the Resurrection to follow at St. Edwins Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona SW at 11:00 a.m. by Father Bill Sanchez. Interment will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Danny Garcia, Kenny Anderson, John Orona, Bill Jordan, Isaiah Orona and Steve Alderete.
