Eugene Cordova, 73, a lifelong resident of Bernalillo, passed away Monday, March 14 2005, peacefully at home in the arms of his loving family. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Cordova, of 34 years. He is also survived by his brothers, Sam Cordova and wife, Irene, Tony Cordova and wife, Tilly; sisters, Mary Romo and husband, Gilbert, Julie Scarpinatto and husband, Joe, Virginia Cordova; sons, Orlando Cordova and wife, Beth, Danny Cordova and wife, Carla, Raymond Perez; daughters, Maxine Ivie and husband, Michael, Gracie Lopez and husband, Eddie, Lina Alvarez and husband, John, Elaine Lopez and husband, Steve, Patricia Cordova, Bobbie Blackford, Nancy Meredith; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many wonderful friends. The family would like to thank Lovelace Sandia Hospice for all their loving care. A Rosary will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo Thursday, March 17, 2005 at 1:30 p.m., with a Mass at 2:00 p.m. to follow.
