Alberta Herron, 87, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, March 4, 2005 at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospice. She is survived by sons, Richard Herron of Oak Ridge, TN and Bruce Herron of Albuquerque, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther and her parents, Dora and Albert Miller. Alberta was a member of Immanuel Lutheran church and a long time volunteer at Presbyterian Hospital Gift Shop. Visitation will be Monday, March 7, 2005, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at French Mortuary Lomas Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd., NE. Funeral will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at French Mortuary Lomas Chapel with Rev. Randy Walquist officiating.
