Yvonne Cross Johnson, RN, "Time remembered is grief forgotten", born September 10, 1926, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, died at her home in Albuquerque on February 25, 2005. She leaves her husband of 52 years, Edwin Fielding Johnson; 7 children, Frost (Karen), Miles (Kathryn), Leif (Denise), Lisa (Lee), Signe (Glenn), Jace (Krisztina), and Drew; niece, Linda Brand Penley of British Columbia; and 11 grandchildren, Joshua USN, Roy, Halee, Casey, Kyle, Julie, Dodge, Kelsey, Ryan, Adam, and Matthew. In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated and private family services will take place at a later date. Yvonne will be returned to her beloved homeland, Canada.
