Hubert E. "Pat" Ray, 89 passed away peacefully with his family at his side on January 28, 2005. Pat was born to William and Mattie Ray on July 26, 1915 in Howard County, MO. He is survived by one sister, Mary Lou Perkins of Columbia, MO; and one brother in law, Alfred Lee, of Hallsville, MO; his children, Dale Ray and wife, Angela, Eddie Ray and wife, Barbara, all of Albuquerque, NM, and Wanda Asbury of Columbia, MO. Mr. Ray had eight grandchildren, Melissa, Danny, Patricia, Traci, Shawna, Brian, Mattie, and Megan; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters. Mr. Ray moved to Albuquerque in the early 50s where he worked for Imperial Laundry and Rutledge Linen Supply until retiring in the late 70s. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas NE, with Funeral Services following at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be held in Columbia, MO.
