Maria Beatrice Armijo, 85, passed away peacefully at her home in Socorro, NM on Saturday, January 15, 2005. She was born December 5, 1919 in Tokay, NM to Ignacio and Arsenia (Padilla) Miera. She is preceded in death by her husband, Abran Jose Armijo and her son, Anthony Armijo. Beatrice is survived by her daughters, Eloisa Edgerton and husband, Ron of Cinncinati, OH, and Clara Apodaca and husband, Gary of Socorro; grandchildren, Stephanie Sarate and husband Tommy of Socorro, Michelle Gonzales of Socorro, Timmy Gonzales and wife, Paula, Stacey Gonzales of Socorro, and Teresa and Leslie Edgerton, both of Cinncinati, OH; great- grandchildren, Abie, Marissa, Justin and Joshua Sarate; Kaitlyn, Kathryn and Kyle Gonzales, Ceara Gonzales and Garrick Gonzales. A Rosary will be recited on Monday, January 17, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at San Miguel Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at San Miguel with Father John C. Daniel as Celebrant. Burial will be in the San Antonio Cemetery. Pallbearers are: Gary Apodaca, Ron Edgerton, Timothy Gonzales, Tommy Sarate, Abie Sarate and Kyle Gonzales. Arrangements are under the care of Steadman-Hall Funeral Home 309 Garfield Socorro, NM.
