Verne Eugene "Gene" Blake Jr. If you made a contribution to the Temple Baptist Church Missions Fund in Gene's memory, Gwen would like to advise you that due to an unfortunate mishap some names were lost. Consequently the Blake family has only a partial record of who to acknowledge for these loving honorariums. We wish to take this opportunity to thank each of you for these contributions that will truly be a living memorial to a wonderful husband and father. Gene would have been pleased with such a meaningful gift made in his memory; therefore, please inform Gwen so that she and the family can personally express their gratitude. Also, our family is most grateful for your calls of concern and caring visits, the comforting cards of condolence, your loving attendance at the Memorial Service, the food so graciously provided, your lovely floral offerings, and the much needed prayer support at this time of so great a loss.
