Campbell, William Joseph, 68, a resident of Albuquerque, succumbed to cancer on Tuesday, December 14, 2004. Bill was born in Long Island, NY. He entered the USMC where he served from 1953-57. In 1958, he entered the U.S. Army where he distinguished himself as both a leader and an inspiration to the men he served with. He retired after 22 years of military service. Bill will be laid to rest at the gravesite of his older brother, Thomas Campbell, at Arlington National Cemetery. Bill is survived by his loving wife Beth; daughters, Debra Jean Sayed, Taimi Ann Carbonell, Patricia Marie Campbell; and son, Christopher; nine grandchildren; a sister, Theresa Leshinski; and brother, Joe.
