Bobby J. White, 48, born April 9, 1956 in Las Vegas, NM, a 22-year resident of Albuquerque. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Lori and beloved daughters, Shaye (20) attending the University of Oklahoma and Amanda (17), a senior at Cibola High School and his cats, Todd and Calla. Bobby died at home, Thursday, December 09, 2004, after a courageous two-year battle with cancer. Bobby was a longtime employee of Honeywell where he worked as an Electrical Engineer. He graduated from New Mexico State University in May 1979. Bobby was proud of obtaining his professional engineer license. Bobby loved amateur radio and fishing wherever and whenever he could. He is also survived by his twin brother, Billy; his sister, Kay; his parents, Oscar and Lahoma and his grandmother, Beth. Also his loved mother- in-law, Darlene Fritz Major and her husband, Ken; brothers-in-law, Daniel, DuWayne and Bob; sister-in-laws, Celesta, Mari, Dianne and Audrey; seven nephews and six nieces. He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, a grandmother, and his father-in-law, Daniel Fritz. Bobby will be greatly missed by his family and his numerous friends. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 20, 2004, 11:00 a.m. at Mesa View United Methodist Church, 4701 Montano Rd. NW, with Reverend John Schwarting, officiating.
