Elizabeth Ruby McClendon passed away on the morning of December 8 2004. She is survived by her husband of 40 years John McClendon. Elizabeth has a daughter, Elizabeth Gayle Bacon and her husband Tom of Corrales; and a stepdaughter, Laura Henderson of Guam. She has three brothers and two sisters, Joe Wilson of Nebraska, Jack Wilson of Washington State, Bruce Wilson of Washington State, Dorothy Almy of Colorado and Joan Dennett of Belen. Two grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survive her. Elizabeth was a noted artist in the community. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2004, at the Northdale Baptist Church at 123 Osuna NW at 6 p.m. A reception will follow.
