John Peralta, passed away on November 27, 2004, at age 75, after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Capitan, New Mexico on October 20, 1929. He lived in Albuquerque for over 50 years and retired as a truck driver. His mom, dad, three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Petra Peralta, his children Mary Ann and husband David Torrez, Johnny Peralta, James and wife Eileen Peralta, Sammy Peralta, Cassandra and husband James Piar. He also has four surviving sisters Natividad Heberling, Helen Quintana, Dora Chavez and Geno Purcella. John has seventeen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Rosary will be held at 10:00 am at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 with mass to follow immediately after Rosary. Burial will take place at Mt.
