Julian "Archie" Archuleta, died November 26, 2004, at the age of 79. He retired from the US Air force with the American medal of Foreign Wars. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lucia Archuleta, son, Raymond Ralph Archuleta, and daughters, Rachel Marie Mora and Loretta Jean Archuleta. He is survived by his three sons, Julian Eloy Archuleta, Roy Michael Archuleta, and Richard John Archuleta and wife, Raquel; two brothers, Juan Archuleta and wife, Clora, and Tomas Archuleta and wife, Mela; sisters, Margaret Salazar, Juanita Casados and husband, Pete, Lugita Maestas and husband, Tony, and Polly Barnhart; six grandchildren, Valerie, Andrea, Nicole, Rachel, Adina, and Victoria; and six great-grandchildren, Janessa, Michael, Donovan, Alicia, Brianna, and Kellen. A rosary will be recited, and the funeral service will follow- time and place to be announced. Pallbearers will be Frank Aragon, Steve Galindo, Manny Ortiz, James Mora, Ronald Mora, and Edward Patterson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Vincent and Daniel Martinez.
