Corinne L. Schmidt, age 92, resident of Los Lunas since 1940, passed away Friday, November 19, 2004. She is survived by her sister, Flora Otero of Los Lunas; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Corinne was preceded in death by her husband, Paul R. Schmidt in 2001. She was a member of San Clemente Church. Mrs. Schmidt was a teacher for 35 years. She retired from Los Lunas public schools and formerly taught in Silver City. Corinne was a life member of RTA of NM. Rosary will be held Monday, 7:30 p.m., at San Clemente Catholic Church in Los Lunas, 435 Coronado. Mass will be celebrated, Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., at San Clemente Church. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to San Clemente Catholic Church Building Fund, PO Box 147, Los Lunas, NM 87031.
