Daniel Joseph Garvey, II, age 51, died peacefully on November 16, 2004, at the Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM. Born on May 24, 1953 at Ft. Sill, OK, Danny lived in El Paso, TX, where he was graduated from Ysleta High School and the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He worked in various sales fields and in teaching, but his greatest accomplishment was being caregiver for his father, Dan Sr., who died in 1996 at the VA Hospital in Albuquerque. Danny was a devoted son and brother. He is survived by his mother, Winifred L. Garvey, and sister, Barbara J. Garvey of Albuquerque. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to charity in Danny's name. Our gratitude to the medical team at Lovelace for their excellent care.
