Amy Lavonne Pacheco (Salazar, Wardlaw) August 18, 1972 - November 9, 2004 Your time with us was all too brief, and we will love you, miss you, and remember you. You leave behind many grieving loved ones: your children, Gabriel, George, and Isabella; your step-children, Taylor and Amanda, their fathers Damien Pacheco and Ken Wardlaw, your father and step-mother Ben and Miriam Salazar, your sister Theresa Salazar, your nieces, your grandparents, aunts and uncles, and cousins, too many to mention, and the rest of us who shared your life. A memorial service will be held at Monte Vista Christian Church on Friday, November 12, 2004 at 1:00 pm. The church is located at 3501 Campus Blvd NE, two blocks north of Central and two blocks west of Carlisle NE. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice or Monte Vista Christian Church.
