Clell Grubbs, 88, a resident of Albuquerque for over 45 years, died Sunday, October 24, 2004. She is survived by her children, James R. Grubbs and wife, Sandi, Mirinda R. Gerber and husband, Fred (Rick), Michael L. Grubbs and wife, Erica, Malcolm K. Grubbs and wife, Antoinette; sister, Betsy Swain and husband, Utah; brother, Jack Hines and wife, Margie; sister-in-law, Henny Grubbs; seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grover J. and Irena Hines; husband, Russell A. Grubbs; brother, Commodore Hines; grandson, Gerald J. Lucero; and great-grandson, Christopher M. Gerber. Services will be held Thursday, October 28, 2004, 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
