Eugene (Gene) Garvey, 76, passed away on October 13. Mr. Garvey was born in Brooklyn NY and later moved to Albuquerque and worked with the Santa Fe Railroad as a ticket clerk. He served in the Navy and Air Force. He was a member of the Holy Ghost Catholic Church, and an alumni of Brooklyn Tech. He is survived by his children, Patricia Ortiz, Catherine Garvey and Consuelo Garvey-Sierra; and two grandchildren, Adam Maestas, and Consuelo Sierra.
