Clara L. Seuntjens passed away October 7, 2004, to join her Lord and her loving husband who passed away in 1952. Clara was born February 21, 1911 in Wall Lake, IA. In 1945, she, her husband, and three children, left Iowa at the advise of a doctor to find a climate that would hopefully ease her husband's lung problems. They finally decided on Albuquerque. Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent; infant son, Verle; and grandson, Raymond D. Palmer. She is survived by her sons, Donald L. Seuntjens and wife, Sue of Tucumcari; Gerald P. Seuntjens of Albuquerque; daughter, Marilyn Palmer and husband, Billie, also of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Dean Palmer, Ronald Seuntjens and wife, Donna, Kathy Byers and husband, Kevin of Thornton, CO, Brian Seuntjens and wife, Maronda of Las Vegas, NV, Julie Price and husband, Darin of Edgewood, NM, Linda Means and husband, Michael, James Seuntjens of Las Vegas, Karen Vigil and husband, Gil of Edgewood, and Timothy Palmer of Albuquerque; great-grandchildren, Dylan Seuntjens, Jacob Gomez, Justin Means, Shaylyn Price, and Aaron Means. Veiwing and services and St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, University and Coal Ave. SE, on Monday, October 11, 2004. The viewing will begin at 10:00am, concluded by the funeral mass being celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
