Pauline Anderson Thieken, 77, a resident of Albuquerque since 1986, died September 27, 2004. She is survived by her brother, Harold L. Anderson and wife, Dorigen of Albuquerque; niece, Vicki L. Stewart and husband, Michael Spearman of TX; great-nephews, Chris Stewart and wife, Stephanie and Matthew Stewart, all of Spearman, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Thieken. Mrs. Thieken was born to Edward and Edna Anderson on October 18, 1926 in Fullerton, Kentucky. Mrs. Thieken grew up and attended McKell High School. She married Ralph Theiken. She was an artist for Selby Shoe Co. where she sketched the model shoes. She was a self-taught artist where she painted and drew beautiful portraits for friends and family. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church. Pauline was a kind, loving, and generous person and everyone grew to love her more and more. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held, Tuesday, October 5, 2004, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Interment of cremated remains will take place at 1:30 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
