C.J. (Charlie) Gutierrez died Saturday, October 2, 2004 at the age of 22. He is preceded in death by his father, Charlie Gutierrez. C.J. is survived by his mother, Cathy Gutierrez; son, James Gutierrez; sister, Monique Guerrero and husband, Mario; brother, Peter Michael Gutierrez; grandparents, Charlie Gutierrez, Vera Gutierrez, and Mela Maez; great-grandparents, Sally Martinez and Della Gutierrez; two nieces, Janessa Guerrero and Heaven Guerrero; nephew, Estevan Guerrero; and several aunts, uncles, cousins ,and friends. A Wake Service for C.J. will be held on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Family Worship Center. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday also at Family Worship Center where the Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jerome Romero, Leonard Lopez, Carlos Gonzales, Larry Gallegos, Richard Gutierrez, and Robert Chavez. Honorary pallbearers will be Manuel Gonzales and Nicholas Vigil.
