Obituary for GARCIA

Patrick Garcia, age 46, beloved father, grandfather, son, and brother, was called home by our Heavenly Father, Tuesday, September 28, 2004. Patrick was a resident of Albuquerque; and a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. He was a Mail Courier for 25 years for the United States Postal Service. Patrick would visit and have his morning coffee with his mother every morning at five O' Clock. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ricarda Garcia-Montez in July 2001; then tragically his father, Richard S. Garcia in November of 2001. Patrick is survived by his precious daughter, Charmai Davalos and husband, Roberto of Georgia; a granddaughter, Eulalia Garcia; his loving mother, Candelaria (Candy) Garcia; three brothers, Dan, Steve, and Clarence Garcia and his wife, Liz all of Albuquerque; three sisters, Lucille Maldonado, Gloria Giarratano and husband, Joe, and Nadine Martinez, all of Albuquerque; and other beloved family members and friends. Patrick will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those who knew and loved him. Family and friends may visit Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church; where a Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 9:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Eric Garcia, Marcos Valencia, Derrick Montez, Errol Bennett, Nick Gonzales, and Daniel Hamlett. Honorary bearers will be Patrick Maldonado and Clarence Aragon. Funeral services are entrusted to: Alameda Mortuary 9420 4th Street NW 898-3160
