Rosalie Rosenfelt earned a Master's Degree in Psychology from Boston University and went on to practice counseling psychology for the State of Massachusetts from 1959 to 1966 and the State of California from 1966 to 1973. With a sense of adventure, she moved to Australia in 1973, where for eight years she worked as a psychologist and taught social work. She traveled throughout the world and spoke several languages. Rosalie Rosenfelt is survived by three children: Daniel M. Rosenfelt and his wife, Viola Martinez of Albuquerque, Joan C. Rosenfelt of New York City, and Susanna Des Jardien and her husband, Kent of Rio Rancho. She leaves three grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. The family will hold a private memorial service and asks that no flowers be sent.
