Mildred Ferne Savage, 86, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2004. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel A. and Loreta Mitchell; brother, Samuel A. Mitchell Jr.; sister, Ruth R. Craig, and sister-in-law, Hazel Mitchell. She is survived by her children, Ronald I. Savage and wife Josette, Loreta K. Smith and husband Edwin, Rose A. Smart and husband Archie, Michael J. Savage and wife LaNora; 11 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; brothers, James P. Mitchell, Dr. Joseph E. Mitchell and wife Beverly; brother-in-law, Oran W. Craig; sister-in-law, Barbara Mitchell; several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who loved and will miss her. A Memorial service will be held at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 9500 Constitution NE.,west of Eubank, on Wednesday, September 8, 2004, at 2:00pm. Senior Pastor Rev. Elmore will officiate.
