| Cecil Howard Dawson, 49, passed away on August 19, 2004. Cecil was a Sovereign Citizen of the New Mexico state, and a staunch supporter of the United States of America. We will all miss his able assistance in researching legal issues concerning the rights of Citizens, and his willingness to help others to the best of his abilities. There will be a Memorial Service at the Anna Kaseman Chapel at 8300 Constitution NE on Thursday, September 2, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. | |
