Marion Ewing Parker widow of Fred Blair Parker of Pittsford, NY passed away on Monday, August 16, 2004 in Albuquerque, NM where she recently resided. Marion was born in Sault Saint Marie Ontario, Canada. At the age of 14, she immigrated to Buffalo, New York with her family. She attended Buffalo State University in Buffalo. Marion taught Home Economics in Owego, NY, then at East High School in Rochester, NY. Marion was an active gardener as was her long time organic gardener husband, Fred. She and Fred were members of the First Universalist Church in Rochester, NY. Marion is survived by her son, John Parker and wife, Ann; daughter, Anne Taylor; five grandchildren, Kimberly Blueher of Albuquerque, Susan Stilley of Flagstaff, AZ, Meredith Bair of Albuquerque, Todd Parker of Findley, OH, and Suzann Parker Riepe of Gunnison, CO; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Mariah, Clayton, Nolan, Colin, Madeline, Olivia, Parker, John and Rachel.
